Literature studies have shown that occupational hazard assessments are mostly at a qualitative or semi-quantitative stage at home and abroad.This paper selects the research and application of coal mine dust hazard prevention index evaluation method as the research object,uses the principle and method of system dynamics,combined with the research results of coal mine dust hazard prevention and control,studies the coal mine dust hazard prevention index,and realizes the quantitative evaluation of coal mine dust hazard.And explore applications and actual production.In the theoretical research part,based on the information theory structure model,the coal mine dust hazard structure model is constructed;according to the current coal mine dust hazard assessment and quality standardization construction,the coal mine dust hazard prevention index system is established;the decision-making laboratory analysis method is used to study the coal mine dust The impact of the Hazard Prevention Index,the degree of influence between the indicators and the degree of impact,and the indicators with the most impact and impact.Combined with the principle of system dynamics,the causal relationship between indicators is studied,the causal relationship diagram of coal mine dust hazard is drawn;the nature of variables and the variable equation are studied;and the system dynamics model of coal mine dust hazard prevention index is preliminarily established.In the applied research part,through the initial simulation,it is found that the final result of the model is different from the actual situation;the cause of the problem is analyzed and the model is corrected;the modified model is again subjected to multiple assignment simulations to determine the final model.Applying the final system dynamics model to the dust hazard index evaluation of two coal mining enterprises,the coal mine dust hazard index of A coal mine is 0.41,and the coal mine dust hazard index of B coal mine is 2.45,which proves that the dust hazard of B coal mine is far greater than A coal mine,so it is necessary to increase the dust hazard control of B coal mine.This paper applies system dynamics theory and simulation method to comprehensively and deeply analyze the key factors of coal mine dust hazard mutual resistance,and establishes a coal mine dust hazard index simulation model,which is innovative in coal mine dust hazard evaluation method.
