Hazard identification is an important job to implement on-site risk evaluation and pre-control, which is the critical point in safety management. With the computer technology fast development, application on the mine for the information technology increasingly improves. To realize the risk management effective, swift and operable, the corresponding safety management information system is a great measure to make it effectively and accurately operate.According to risk evaluation and management theories, combined with Nan-Liang mine’s actual needs, the method of information organization in hazard identification and risk management was comprehensively researched to conduct system function analysis and system general design. The system is divided into 4 subsystems and 10 function modules. Based on ASP. NET and relevant mainstream data interactive technology, taking B/S structure develop mode and using object-oriented idea to build development model, which realize system function modules and system database design. Adopting SQL Server2005 as system database server and using ADO.NET object-oriented data access technology and(MIDAS) to realize database assess, the Connectivity(between database and server)and system programming, which further use VS2008 to develop and realize. During the develop, using AJAX technology realize Web page asynchronous delivery mechanism, which take ADO.NET to interact with SQL Sever data and supply system application test program.The Nan-Liang mine test operation results show that the system development and usage realize effective management with the mine hazard information, which provides detailed evaluation basement and swift operable measurement, it is benefit to improve mine risk management information level.
