Coal is still an important foundation of industrial energy of our country.With the development of the mining industry,mine water,fire,gas,dust,roof and other disasters will happen occasionally.At the same time,the harmful status in mines of China is increasingly serious,with a growing number of the victims,and the occupational harmful status has not been improved at present.Therefore,the scientific exploration of effective method of preventing and controlling occupational harmfulness in coal mine has important strategic significance and practical significance.This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,through the analysis in the influence and characteristics of risk factors,taking the productive of dust,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen dioxide,carbon monoxide,noise,temperature as the evaluation index and establishing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal mine occupational hazards.The results show a high incidence of occupational diseases in Underground Coal Mine,and the sites is orderly Electromechanical chamber,jumbo working face.Coal roadway tunneling working face,coal face,shotcrete support.Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,provides the theoretical basis for the systematic governance of occupational hazard in coal mine.First of all,based on the system dynamics,this paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of occupational hazard in.coal mine.The influence factors can be divided into six systems,which contains member behavior,safety management,legal supervision,underground environment,economic benefits and facilities,and each system is divided into 7-9 sub-factors.Secondly,from the systematic induction and the analysis,with the usage of systematic dynamics software Vensim,I calculate the systematic relation of hazard factors system and its equation.Then,applying the real situation in coal mine to above-mentioned systematic relation,and calculating and analyzing so that can get the actual activity ratio of the factors.Finally,through the systematic simulation result and actual activity ratio of the mine,we can know that the actual effect of each factor in the physical quality,safety training,psychological quality and the personnel quality rates are 0.451%,0.430%,0.387%,0.481%.This results will provide some targeted suggestions and improvement measures for the prevention and governance of occupational hazards in coal mine.
