The Case Study On Progress Management Of Water System Ecological Governance Project Of Company A

Ecological management of water systems is attracting more and more attention from governments at all levels and all sectors of society.The construction of urban ecological water systems can not only improve the surrounding living environment,but also boost the local economy.Large scale,long construction period and complicated project technology generally adopt the EPC mode,compared with abroad,our EPC mode of project management there is still a large gap,especially for the project schedule management,there are still many weak links,together with the results of the schedule management is directly linked to the project cost,determines the schedule management in an important position in project management.This paper mainly adopts the case study method and takes the schedule management of A company’s water system ecological governance project as the research object.This project is a multi-professional comprehensive infrastructure EPC project focusing on the ecological management of water system.The problems of schedule management exposed in the implementation process of the project are described in detail,and some contents of schedule management in this project are discussed and studied.Based on the daily planning management activities such as schedule preparation,monitoring,adjustment and application for project extension,etc.,based on the analysis of the needs of relevant parties involved in the project construction,balance the interests of relevant parties,achieve win-win cooperation,and win the trust of the owners in the smooth implementation of the project.Finally,three approaches are summarized to facilitate the project schedule management: strengthening the systematic management of the general contracting project,implementing the standardized project schedule management process,and improving the level of the professional project management team.Some infrastructure project schedule management methods studied in this paper are expected to summarize the experience of project schedule management in the new field of the company,and provide experience for the general contracting management of EPC project of the follow-up water treatment comprehensive project.
