With the tide of information sweeping across the world,many enterprises promote software management as a carrier,and the scale and complexity of software increase significantly.Software project scheduling management is facing severe challenges.Although the demand for information is booming,only 39%of the information projects are completed within the original target of cost,schedule,quality and scope,and up to 74%of the project progress is out of date.The upgrading project of A steel enterprise quality management information system has strict requirements.Progress management is the core of the project,and the key to the success or failure of the project is to finish the project on time.In this paper,we use WBS,Delphi method,three point estimation method,variation coefficient method and CCM and other progress management methods.Gantt chart,program evaluation and other traditional methods found in practice,the resource constraints,global project management,monitoring and other aspects of non critical path is considered inadequate,and for the lack of improvement,by Delphy,the three point estimation method,variation coefficient method to improve the accuracy of the activity duration estimation;By using the theory of constraints and aggregation theory,we can centrally manage the safety time of each task,reduce the probability of project delay,analyze the causes of resource conflict with the view of Project resource usage,allocate resources rationally,eliminate conflicts,and ensure the feasibility of the schedule plan.Through the comprehensive application of the progress management theory and method,a scientific and reasonable schedule to meet the requirements of the user’s work time is compiled.In the progress control,the progress plan change control process,the progress tracking process,and the closed loop management of progress control are established in this paper.The daily progress is followed by standing meetings and weekly meetings,and the summary and analysis are carried out in stages.The schedule adjustment is based on the deviation analysis of the consumption rate of the project buffer zone and the completion rate of the key path task,and the analysis data of the earned value management.Through the management of demand,organization and team,it provides comprehensive guarantee for project schedule control.This project reflects the general characteristics of the software project,the project adopts measures to schedule management theory and project practice after verification,guarantee the project cost control in the premise of quality assurance,as scheduled,can also be applied to similar projects,have the operation and promotion of.
