As environmental pollution becomes more and more serious,the requirements for green chemicals are becoming more and more strict.As the main fuel of the rocket,UDMH is very toxic due to the wastewater it produces,which will cause irreparable pollution to the environment.Chitosan is abundant in nature,and it is a green,easily degradable,easily recoverable material.Most important,it contains a large number of reactive groups.In this researh,In this paper,chitosan and graphene were used as raw materials to prepare metal catalysts to degrade the simulated wastewater of dimethyl hydrazine.Firstly,the chitosan is modified to adapt to a wider reaction environment.In the process of modifying chitosan,graphene oxide is introduced as an auxiliary agent to improve the catalytic activity of the catalyst,and the graphene oxide can also be used.The mechanical properties of chitosan were enhanced,the stability of the catalyst was enhanced,and then the metal ions were loaded onto the modified chitosan by impregnation to prepare the target catalyst Cu-Mg-Zn@RCS-?-Al2O3.In this experiment,wet catalyzed oxidation was used to degrade dimethyl hydrazine simulated wastewater,using Cu-Mg-Zn@RCS-?-Al2O3 as catalyst and H2O2 as oxygen donor.The catalysts were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,EDX and XRD.Investigate the initial concentration of UDMH wastewater?mg/L?,the amount of catalyst?g?,the initial pH of the solution,the amount of H2O2?m L?,the effect of temperature on the reaction,and obtain the optimal process parameters.The optimal reaction conditions are as follows:The initial concentration of simulated dimethyl hydrazine simulated wastewater is 250 mg/L?500 mg/L,the reaction temperature is 65°C,the initial pH=7,the amount of catalyst is:1.5 g,H2O2 dosage:10 m L.Under the optimal process parameters,the final UDMH degradation rate is 97.18%,the COD removal rate is 93.18%,and the remaining NDMA content is close to 0.1 mg/L.This researche explores the degradation mechanism of UDMH.It is found by ultraviolet spectroscopy that NDMA,DMA,?CH3?2NN==CHN==N?CH3?,FDMH,TMT in the process of degrading UDMH.These intermediates affect the degradation of UDMH and are more toxic than UDMH.
