A treatment process of high-temperature catalytic incineration was proposed for a small amount of waste and gas produced during UDMH using,the process matched the requirement of harmless emission.The main research includes two aspects:A Co/?-Al2O3 chemicals was selected as the catalyst to match the requirement of catalytic incineration,the optimal cobalt loading was 3.3%on ?-Al2O3 carrier and baked at 300 C by different experimental analysis.The approach and process of catalyst preparation was invested and the catalytic capability for UDMH was studied to find the optimum process conditions.A SK-Y-1 catalytic incineration device suitable for UDMH waste and gas was developed,the effect of controlling factors for the burning of UDMH was revealed.The effect of injection volume and moisture content for combustion efficiency and temperature were also studied,and the optimum material conditions were obtained.The optimum combustion temperature,the furnace gas flow rate,the chamber negative pressure of second catalytic reaction was obtained by experiments.The exhaust gas treated by this unit was analyzed by instruments;the results showed that it meet the Emission standards.
