Hydrazine is a kind of conventional liquid propellant,which is widely used in Rocket propulsion system.Polydimethylamid Hydrazine belongs to class A flammable liquid and is flammable and explosive.According to the chemical acute toxicity classification criteria,polydimethylhydrazine is classified as a Class III medium toxic substance and the maximum permissible concentration of air with polydimethylhydrazine is 0.5 ppm.The toxicity of dimethylhydrazine mainly affects the nervous system,but not the kidney,liver and blood system.The main routes of dimethylhydrazine poisoning are inhalation of steam,skin contamination,accidental ingestion or spatter ingestion,can cause acute poisoning or chronic poisoning.At present,a large amount of dimethylhydrazine exhaust gas is produced in every space launch site in China.The concentration of dimethylhydrazine can reach 17 %.In this paper,we studied and explored the treatment technology of dimethylhydrazine waste gas,selected the catalytic oxidation method to treat dimethylhydrazine waste gas,determined the catalyst suitable for the treatment of dimethylhydrazine waste gas through the evaluation of the effect of various catalysts,and tested in laboratory,which provided reliable data support for the industrial treatment of dimethylhydrazine waste gas.In this paper,we studied and explored the treatment technology of dimethylhydrazine waste gas,selected catalytic oxidation method to treat dimethylhydrazine waste gas.After evaluating the effect of many kinds of Catalyst,we determined the catalyst suitable for the safe conversion of dimethylhydrazine gas into diazo.The catalyst can be used in the process of dimethylhydrazine gas gas gas conversion,and it can provide reliable data support for the process of dimethylhydrazine gas industrialization through the test.The environmental pollution caused by the emission of heterodyne Hydrazine is greatly reduced.
