| The "extensive" mode of industrial growth in China,which relied on large-scale factor input in the past,has caused a series of problems such as resource constraint shortage and ecological environment deterioration.The contradiction between resources,environment and economic development has become the key to restrict industrial development,so it is imperative to promote the transformation of economic growth mode.In order to coordinate industrial development and ecological environment,the effective way to realize green development is to comprehensively evaluate industrial economic situation and industrial ecological efficiency.How to correctly and objectively recognize and evaluate the economic value,environmental problems and industrial eco-efficiency of industrial development? How to improve the level of industrial development and industrial ecological efficiency on the basis of maintaining and even repairing the ecological environment? All these practical problems need further study.The ultimate goal of green industrial development is to achieve the coordinated development of industrial economy and ecological environment.Under the guidance of a multi-dimensional theoretical system consisting of production efficiency theory,externality theory,resource scarcity theory,sustainable development theory and industrial eco-efficiency theory,this paper conducts a correlation analysis on the industrial economic and ecological conditions of six central provinces from 2004 to 2015:Firstly,the descriptive analysis method is used to sort out the industrial economy,the number of industrial enterprises,the industrial structure and the pollution situation of the six central provinces,so as to provide a factual basis for the practical problems raised in this research.Based on the statistical method to calculate the pollution effect,the results show that the pollution effect of the six central provinces decreases year by year and tends to converge,highlighting the fact that the six central provinces improve the utilization rate of the environment.Secondly,the industrial output as expected output,industrial emissions of sulphur dioxide,industrial waste water and industrial solid waste as an expected output,industrial workers,industrial capital,industrial energy consumption,industrial land,industrial water as an input,using data envelopment model calculates the industrial ecological efficiency of six provinces in central,and analyzes the change trend of time and space of industrial ecological efficiency.The results show that the rational allocation of production resources and technological progress will promote the improvement of industrial ecological efficiency,and the main reason for the decline of industrial ecological efficiency lies in the decline of technological production efficiency caused by resource allocation.Finally,based on the spatial panel durbin model,the influence mechanism of industrial eco-efficiency factors in six central provinces is analyzed.The results show that: investment in industrial pollution treatment and short-term economic development will promote the improvement of industrial eco-efficiency in this province and neighboring provinces.Foreign direct investment and long-term economic development will inhibit the industrial eco-efficiency of the province and neighboring provinces.The population density of industry practitioners will only inhibit the industrial eco-efficiency of the province,and will not affect the neighboring provinces;Industrial transfer can promote industrial ecological efficiency,but the effect is not significant.Through objective evaluation of the green industry development in six central provinces,this study aims to better promote the reform of economic system and the transformation of social economy,so as to provide theoretical support and practical basis for the sustainable and healthy development of social economy and ecological environment. |
