Since the reform and opening up,China’s industrialization process has been deepening,which has provided a considerable driving force for economic growth.However,the extensive industrial growth model with high input,high consumption and high pollution has caused a series of problems such as resource shortage and environmental degradation.At present,the increasingly serious contradiction between industrial economic growth and ecological environment has become a key factor restricting the high-quality development of China’s industry.Therefore,the evaluation of China’s inter provincial industrial ecological efficiency with ecological efficiency as the core is of great significance to realize the green growth road of coordinated and sustainable development of economy,resources and environment.This paper summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,grasps the cutting-edge trends related to the subject,and comprehensively evaluates China’s industrial ecological efficiency under the guidance of the multi-dimensional theoretical system composed of ecological efficiency theory,sustainable development theory and green growth theory.Firstly,based on previous studies,an evaluation index system covering industrial economy,energy,capital,environment and other aspects is constructed.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional DEA model,the global unexpected SBM model and global ml index model are used to measure the industrial ecological efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2018,Through the calculation of its total factor productivity and its decomposition index,this paper discusses its dynamic evolution driving mechanism.Secondly,use σ Convergence and absolute β Convergence tests the convergence of industrial ecological efficiency in the whole country and three regions,and speculates its future evolution characteristics.Thirdly,the global and local spatial autocorrelation diagnosis of national industrial ecological efficiency is carried out through Moran index model,and its spatial distribution characteristics are discussed.Finally,based on the spatial econometric model,this paper explores the impact mechanism of the six influencing factors of economic development level,urbanization level,industrial structure,environmental regulation,foreign capital utilization level and industrial innovation level on China’s industrial ecological efficiency,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)During the study period,China’s overall industrial ecological efficiency was 0.465,the level was not high,but the development trend was good and showed a stable upward trend;The efficiency levels of the three regions are significantly different,showing a typical distribution pattern of "high in the East and low in the west".(2)The total factor productivity of industrial ecology in China as a whole and all regions are 1.100,1.087,1.121 and 1.097 respectively,showing an increasing state;From the decomposition index,technological progress is the main driving force to promote the sustainable development of China’s industrial ecology,and technological efficiency restricts the industrial ecological development of the whole country and the eastern and western regions to varying degrees.(3)There are certain convergence characteristics of industrial ecological efficiency in the whole country and the eastern region,while there is a risk that the internal difference of industrial ecological efficiency level will continue to expand in the central and western regions.(4)China’s industrial ecological efficiency shows a significant spatial positive correlation,and there is a spatial aggregation effect;There are spatial dependence and some spatial heterogeneity among most provinces.(5)The level of economic development and industrial innovation have positive effects on the industrial ecological efficiency of local and adjacent provinces to varying degrees.The influencing factors of regional urbanization level and foreign capital utilization level show that they have a small inhibitory effect on the industrial ecology of local and adjacent provinces,The increase of the proportion of the secondary industry has a certain inhibitory effect on the industrial ecological efficiency of the region,while it has a significant promoting effect on the neighboring provinces.The impact mechanism of government regulation is complex,and there is no significant correlation with regional industrial ecological efficiency.Finally,according to the results of influencing factors,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening regional economic cooperation,accelerating the upgrading of industrial structure,enhancing the ability of independent innovation of enterprises and setting the threshold of foreign investment introduction.Figure 10 Table 15 Reference 74...
