Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China's industry has made great progress,but the growth mode of industrial economy still relies on the investment of material resources excessively.In this mode of industrial development,a large number of industrial pollution is discharged,which has caused serious damage to the environment and failed to achieve the coordinated development between the economy and the ecological environment.China will still be in the process of industrialization in the future.Industrial land,as the spatial carrier of industrial industry,plays a fundamental role in industrial development.The limitation of land resources requires to improve the green utilization efficiency of industrial land,realize the transformation from extensive land use to intensive land use,and reduce pollution emissions,so as to promote the sustainable development of industry.On the basis of collating the existing literature,the green utilization efficiency and influencing factors of China's industrial land are analyzed from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.First of all,the paper analyzes the current situation of industrial development,industrial land and industrial pollutant emission in China,then uses SBM undesirable model to calculate the green utilization efficiency of industrial land,on this basis,analyzes the spatial-temporal difference and convergence of the green utilization efficiency of industrial land in different regions,and finally uses Tobit model to analyze the impact factors of the green utilization efficiency of industrial land.The results show that the green use efficiency of industrial land in China is generally low,but it is rising slowly;The efficiency value considering the unexpected output is obviously lower than the efficiency value not considering the unexpected output,which shows that the pollution emission has a significant negative effect on the green use efficiency of industrial land;There are obvious differences in the green use efficiency of regional industrial land,the eastern region is significantly higher than the central and western regions,but the coordination of land use efficiency in different regions is gradually improved,and the condition ? convergence exists in the whole country and the eastern,central and western regions;Industrial energy consumption has a significant negative effect on land use efficiency;industrial pollution control level,technical level and openness have a positive effect,but there are differences in significance in different regions;The effects of land market level,industrial scale and property right structure on land use efficiency are positive and negative in different regions.According to the results of empirical analysis,combined with the current situation and development strategy of China's industrial development,in order to improve the green utilization efficiency of industrial land,we should increase technical investment in the future,reduce the energy consumption of industrial added value;innovate the means of industrial pollution control,improve the level of industrial pollution control;increase the efforts of external development,promote the integration of industrial enterprises into the international market;adjust measures to local conditions,strengthen regional industrial integration To coordinate development.
