With the continuous development of Shaanxi Province in recent years,the problem of atmospheric pollution in the province has become increasingly serious.In addition to natural factors such as volcanic eruption and forest fires,the pollution of the atmospheric environment is caused by a large number of human-induced pollutant emissions.Therefore,to improve the ambient air quality,it is necessary to control the amount of air pollutants emitted.Establishing an air pollutant discharge inventory can not only study the characteristics of pollutant discharge,but also provide a basis for carrying out pollution prevention work.Although there are many domestic studies on emission inventories,they are mostly concentrated in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and other regions,and there is a lack of research on localized emission inventories in Shaanxi Province.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on air pollutant emission inventories and emission reduction potentials in Shaanxi Province.This study collected the activity level data and control technology status of point sources,line sources,non-point sources and other emission sources in Shaanxi Province by consulting the literature and actual surveys.Based on the literature survey,using emission factors,Shaanxi Province was established in 2017.The air pollutant emission inventory analyzes the emission characteristics of different pollutants.Based on the review of relevant documents and standards of the country and Shaanxi Province in recent years,considering the two factors of technological optimization and energy control,the typical industries in Shaanxi Province are considered.The source has set three scenarios:baseline,general control,and stricter control.It has set up three emission scenarios for improving the quality of oil,using clean energy,and limiting vehicle use.Typical industrial and motor vehicle emission sources have SO2,NOx,PM10,and PM2.5 emission reduction potentials in three scenarios.The air pollutant emissions of Shaanxi Province in 2017 were 238400 tons of SO2,284800 tons of NOx,162100 tons of PM10,and 74400 tons of PM2.5.Overall,SO2 mainly comes from thermal power plants and other industrial industries;NOx emissions mainly come from vehicle exhaust,thermal power plants and other industrial sources;PM10 and PM2.5 emissions mainly come from thermal power plants,industrial sources,and unorganized dust Emission sources and agricultural incineration straw;in terms of emission reduction potential,from the conclusion of a typical industrial source scenario analysis,it is known that in 2025,SO2,NOx,PM10and PM2.5 of typical industrial industries in Shaanxi Province will be reduced respectively under the baseline scenario Discharge of 22600 tons,15500 tons,0.057million tons and 0.032 million tons will reduce emissions of 37900 tons,28700 tons,0.087 million tons and 0.047 million tons under the general control scenario,respectively.Reductions of 62900 tons,51900 tons,13100 tons,and 68800 tons;The results of the scenario analysis of emission reductions of motor vehicles show that in2025,SO2,NOx,PM100 and PM2.5.5 of motor vehicle emission sources will be reduced in2025.Under the scenario of improving oil quality,it will reduce emissions by 94400tons,13600 tons,0.014 million tons,and 0.014 million tons respectively.Under the scenario of using clean energy,it will reduce emissions by 7100 tons,56700 tons,2900 tons and 2100 tons respectively.Tons,which will be Do emissions 0.046 million tons,0.72 million tons,0.056 million tons and 0.032 million tons.It can be seen that the typical industrial sources and motor vehicle emission sources in Shaanxi Province have great potential for reducing emissions.If the relevant policies and standards are strictly implemented,it is believed that air quality in Shaanxi Province will be significantly improved.
