At this stage, the air pollution control in various places in my country has entered a bottleneck period, the air pollution in many cities is gradually changing from a single urban dust and soot type to particulate matter and photochemical compound pollution, pollution caused by particulate matter, ozone, and VOCs is severe.Linzi District,as a gathering area of petrochemical industry,is a major contributor to the deterioration of ambient air quality, the contribution of industrial sources is the most prominent. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the emission inventory of air pollution sources in Linzi District,a typical petrochemical area.In this study, the inventory methodology combining"top-down"and"bottom-up"was used to collect activity level data of different pollutants from pollution sources in Linzi District,a typical petrochemical area, through field surveys,on the basis of understanding the status quo of pollution control and control technology, relevant literature and document research, selected appropriate emission factors and adopted reasonable estimation methods, established a 2018 Linzi District air pollution source emission list covering the five major pollution sources of industrial sources, living sources, mobile sources, dust sources and centralized treatment facilities involving SO2,NOx,PM10,PM2.5and VOCs,the emission characteristics of different pollutants were analyzed, and based on scenario analysis, three scenarios were mainly set up for industrial sources:a baseline scenario,a general control scenario, and a strict control scenario. The emission forecasts and emission reduction potentials of industrial sources of SO2,NOx,PM10,PM2.5and VOCs in 2025 are estimated under each scenario, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Based on the inventory methodology,an air pollution source emission inventory involving five major pollution sources and five pollutants in Linzi District,a gathering area of the petrochemical industry, was established in 2018,among them,SO2emissions are8595.69 tons,NOx emissions are 15876.65 tons,PM10emissions are 9488.39 tons,PM2.5emissions are 4513.00 tons, and VOCs emissions are 15374.33 tons.(2)The discharge of various pollutants in Linzi District mainly comes from industrial sources. In addition to industrial sources, mobile sources also contribute significantly to NOx,dust sources to PM10and PM2.5,and mobile sources to VOCs.Among them, petroleum, coal and other fuel processing industries are the main contributors to various pollutants.SO2,NOx,PM10,PM2.5,and VOCs contributed 41%,25%,35%,35%,and 67%respectively.As a typical petrochemical industry cluster, its pollutant emission intensity is higher than the national average level, with NOx and VOCs having the highest emission intensity.(3)Based on the baseline scenario, the general control scenario and the strict control scenario, the analysis of the industrial source air pollutant emissions in Linzi District in2025 shows that the strict control scenario, typical industrial industries SO2,NOx,PM10,PM2.5and VOCs will reduce emissions by 1822.35 tons,2885.83 tons,1342.50 tons,376.47tons and 4894.79 tons, respectively, accounting for 30.72%,35.23%,35.75%,30.11%and50.00%of the total emissions, respectively.Considering the realization of the three scenarios, the strict control scenario is most likely to be realized in the future.
