| In recent years, with the acceleration of China’s urbanization process and the development of economic level, the problem of vehicle exhaust pollution has become more and more serious.Harbin City is located in the northeastern plain of China and has a high latitude and a cold and dry climate in winter. In addition, because of the long time and intensity of inversion, this has strengthened the local pollution status to a certain extent. Therefore, the establishment and research of the exhaust emission list of motor vehicle exhaust pollutants in Harbin City can not only provide important guidance for the solution of the above problems, but also Can provide scientific basis for relevant management departments to formulate targeted control measures and policies.First of all, through field inspections and literature research, this paper obtained information on Harbin’s local motor vehicle-related data and established Harbin City’s 2016 road vehicle technical level database, activity level database, emission factor database, and CO,HC,NOx,and PM2.5.And PM100 emissions list of five pollutants. In 2016,the total number of motor vehicles in Harbin was 1,464,402,combining the actual conditions in Harbin, and the emission factors and annual average mileage of five pollutants,CO,HC,NOx,PM2.5,and PM10,accurate to the third level classification. The total amount of five kinds of pollutants emitted by Harbin City in 2016 from road vehicles including CO,HC,NOx,PM2.5,and PM10was 76,769.55,10,763.78,35014.53,1106.04,and 1,228.39 tons, respectively.Secondly, this study analyzes the emission characteristics of motor vehicles in Harbin City, calculates the share of different pollutants by model, type of fuel, and emission standards, and also compares the emissions between municipal and non-urban areas.Based on taxi GPS data,a high resolution grid emission inventory was established. The results show that different types of vehicles, fuel types, and motor vehicles that implement different emission standards contribute differently to the five types of pollutants. There is a significant difference in the emission of pollutants from motor vehicles in the municipal districts and the surrounding areas. The spatial distribution of vehicle exhaust emissions and local The road distribution characteristics are consistent. Finally,in the scenario analysis, this study predicts the stock of various types of vehicles in 2020,and sets up High Standard Replacement(HSR),Eliminate Substandard Vehicles(ESV),Alternative Energy Replacement(AER),and Public Transport Priority(PTP)Four different control scenarios,of which the HSR scenario has the most significant emission reduction effect.Compared with the baseline scenario, the reduction rates for CO,HC,NOx,PM2.5,and PM100 five pollutants reached 32.28%,45.86%,36.14%,87.47%and 87.64%,respectively.At the same time, relevant suggestions and countermeasures are proposed aiming at the overall improvement of motor vehicle emission standards and fuel economy. |
