Grey Relation Between Network Public Opinion And The Cost Of Haze Pollution Prevention

In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standards,people's attention and investment in their own health have increased.Nowadays,haze pollution,as a part of air pollution,has been widely discussed on the Internet for the first time.The effect of public opinion on the protection cost caused by haze pollution cannot be ignored.Because of data collection,the protection cost in this paper only refers to air purifier.The existence of the Internet provides convenience for people to express their feelings and attitudes towards the current environmental pollution,and also provides a sharp edge for the study of public opinion.Network public opinion arises from people.When people turn their eyes to a public event,public opinion will be fermented.To some extent,the change of the cost of haze pollution protection is affected by the network public opinion.Internet public opinion and haze pollution prevention cost are interrelated.On the one hand,Internet public opinion influences haze pollution prevention cost through emotion and information.On the other hand,the fact that haze pollution prevention cost increases transmits people's emotion and becomes a part of Internet public opinion,which affects the development direction of Internet public opinion.The impact of Internet public opinion on people's lives under the haze has attracted a lot of attention.In this paper,how to measure the network public opinion,determine the public opinion index system of the haze protection cost,and which of the network public opinion indexes are closely related to the haze pollution protection cost are studied in detail.Based on the previous studies of Internet public opinion,combined with the specific events of haze protection cost,this paper sets up four Internet public opinion indicators,which are media index,short-term policy easing,short-term policy easing and long-term mechanism concern,so as to make the indicator system structure more reasonable and complete.This paper uses the information of "Baidu Index" on haze from 2012 to 2017 as the research sample,and makes quantitative evaluation on public opinion of haze pollution by content analysis method.On this basis,combined with the grey system theory,it obtains the correlation degree between Internet public opinion and the cost of haze pollution protection,and uses the grey correlation degree to quantitatively reveal the impact of Internet public opinion on the cost of haze pollution protection.The results show that the grey correlation degree between the four public opinion indexes and the cost of haze pollution protection is: search index > short-term policy easing degree > media index > long-term mechanism concern degree,which shows that the spontaneous search of haze information by the public in the network public opinion has the greatest impact on the cost of protection,followed by the short-term policy easing degree,which shows that the implementation of the government's short-term policy is like a car Vehicle single and double number travel will increase the cost of protection.The main reason is that the implementation of short-term policies has affected the network public opinion,and it has become a part of the network public opinion.The public health concerns are rising.Media index and long-term mechanism concern are two public opinion indicators with low correlation with the cost of haze pollution protection.This paper analyzes the reasons and gives suggestions for different public opinion indicators.
