The Development Of Monitoring And Evaluation System About Food Safety Network Public Opinion

Food safety network public opinion is a widely concerned issue in today’s society.As a specific issue of online public opinion,food safety network public opinion is not only similar to online public opinion but also has its own characteristics.Due to the rapid development of the Internet,the dissemination of information has grown exponentially.Among these information,people pay more attention to the negative news.Therefore,the widespread rumors of food will have a serious affect on society.For the government and relevant enterprises,strengthening the management of food safety network public opinions is closely related to their excellent social image;while for people,it is closely related to their lives.Therefore,it is of great significance to develope a system,which can timely monitor,effectively guide and accurately evaluate the information of food safety network public opinion.The thesis takes the corpus of Python’s Beautiful Soup to collect the data of Weibo platform,and uses the interface of NLPIR platform to deal with the collected data.Regards two questions as two main research objects,they are elements of food safety network public opinion and the evolvement process of food safety network public opinion respectively and then constructs the monitoring index of food safety network public opinion.Based on the monitoring index,the thesis constructs two destination layers,which include the related indexes of the credibility and threat level of food safety network public opinion,to point at the studies on food safety network public opinion assessment.The thesis also adopts index weights calculating method based on rough set to quantify the index,and then substitutes the quantized values in the multi-level evaluation model of food safety network public opinion to calculate the credibility and threat level.Based on the above studies,the thesis designs and develops the monitoring and evaluation system of food safety network public opinion.The system includes data capture module,data preprocessing and extraction module and monitoring and evaluation modules.And it can not only monitor degree of concern and public opinion evolution trend of the information about food safety network public opinion,but also evaluate the credibility and threat level of the information.The monitoring and evaluation results can provide technical support and theoretical reference for relevant departments.
