Research On Public Security Early Warning Network Public Opinion Analysis Based On

Public security is one of the most important needs of human social life, so the public security early warning mechanism based on network public opinions is trying to explore the public security early warning in the network technology development. In this study, only a link in the process of public security early warning mechanism, in the opinion of this research, with the progress of Internet technology, the network of public opinion has an important value in the provision of public security early warning information, the network public opinion has a special relationship with the social reality, the network public opinion is a kind of expression of social mentality and social events, in promoting the network public opinion, some social events will change as members of society’s collective action change, resulting in its transformation into a public safety event. Therefore, from the need of public security, public administration set up the early warning mechanism of public security in the network public opinion based is very necessary, the development and the network public opinion monitoring of contemporary Internet technology and public opinion analysis technology, provides the possibility for public security early warning network public opinion as the foundation, and as long as we integrate the existing technology platform by establishing a network of public opinion, as the basis of public security early warning mechanism, will lay a good foundation for public security early warning. Based on summarizing the existing methods of network public opinion analysis, this paper also proposed the method of transmission level and the communication driver analysis, correlation analysis between to network public opinion and public safety incidents, to improve early warning level; at the same time, this paper also suggests that in order to betterearly warning, should prepare public opinion early-warning index system and early warning grade.
