| In the fierce market competition,jingkuang company of Kailuan Group is facing severe internal and external challenges.How to deal with these internal and external problems has become the key to the future development of jingkuang company of Kailuan Group.Human resource is an important resource in modern enterprises.High level human resource team will be the key to get the first chance in the cruel competition.Therefore,to strengthen the construction of human resources team and enhance the competitiveness of talents is an important way for jingkuang company of Kailuan Group to cope with internal and external challenges.Performance appraisal is not only the main way of human resource management,but also an important way to stimulate human resource potential.This paper studies the performance appraisal system of managers in jingkuang company,hoping to better strengthen the incentive mechanism for managers,so as to improve the work enthusiasm of employees,and then give play to the advantages of human resources,and complete all work objectives in the severe internal and external environment.This paper studies the current situation of research at home and abroad,defines the relevant core concepts,and surveys the current situation of the performance appraisal system of jingkuang company’s managers through the satisfaction questionnaire.Through the investigation,it is found that the current performance appraisal system of jingkuang company’s managers has the following problems: the performance appraisal is just a formality,the appraisal indexes are not recognized,the appraisal indexes are lack of quantification,the communication of performance appraisal is poor,and the appraisal results are lack of application.For the above problems,the performance appraisal system of jingkuang company’s managers quantifies the appraisal indicators,redistributes the weight of the indicators,redesigns the appraisal form,and explores the application of the performance appraisal results of jingkuang company’s employees.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of the performance appraisal system for the managers of jingkuang company,which should improve the attention of the leadership,establish and improve the organizational structure and the appraisal system,establish efficient performance communication channels and constantly optimize the performance appraisal system. |
