With the development of social economy,the operation of enterprises is gradually on the right track.The cost difference between enterprises is gradually narrowed by the national compulsory requirements on safety,environmental protection and social security payment of employees.In the process of industrial upgrading,non-standard enterprises in the industry are gradually eliminated,the situation of bad currency driving out good currency is improved,and the competition among peers gradually starts to stand on a starting line.At the same time,with the development of the Internet,the information asymmetry between enterprises gradually disappears,and the mode of producing benefits by buying low and selling high is no longer sustainable.Inner Mongolia JS company(hereinafter referred to as JS company),as a large producer of magnesium smelting and coking,is also faced with the above problems.The cost convergence,product convergence and even management model convergence among peers lead to the survival crisis of enterprise profit decline,market share decline and dim prospect.How to survive and develop in the fiercely competitive market is a problem that JS company pays close attention to all the time.In the final analysis,the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents.JS Company is located in the Tengger Desert,Alxa Left Banner,Inner Mongolia.Employees away from their hometowns come to work at JS.In addition to caring about income,they also hope that their personal abilities have improved and career development has improved.Performance evaluation is an important measure of employees ' work achievements,providing employees with promotions and salary increases.According to the basis,good performance evaluation can effectively improve employee satisfaction,increase employee motivation,and reduce employee turnover rate.Through the study of JS company performance appraisal,this paper applies the theories of equity,expectation and achievement need,combining with KPI assessment method and 360-degree assessment method,according to the actual situation of JS company.Analysis of JS company performance appraisal problems and reasons,put forward the improvement project of JS company performance appraisal,carry out fromthe performance appraisal standard of design,performance appraisal,performance evaluation and assessment,performance feedback and interview,performance results using several aspects,aiming at the problems of JS company performance appraisal,and puts forward the ideas and solutions.This paper aims to solve the problems existing in performance appraisal of JS company,and it also has certain reference significance in other enterprises that use KPI appraisal method.
