| Establishing the "dual preventive work mechanism of risk grade control,hidden risk detection and address" is the strategic requirement of the country At present,excavating,an important process in coal mining,is an urgent practical issue in the safety management for coal mine enterprises.Risk grading management,control,identification,and assessment of unsafe factors are frequently and coped with.In this paper,an excavating face of H coal mine is taken as the research object,and risk grade control is studied based on scientific and effective methods.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Combing related literature of both home and abroad,this paper explores the common method to the safety risk assessment,based on predecessors’ research combining with field survey.The current situation of the coal mine roadway excavating technology and equipment of our country’s development is summarized.By combining H coal mine with actual situation,the focus of this study adopts the operation conditions as LEC while risk matrix method for excavation work posts safety risk with regional security risk assessment research.(2)Safety risk assessment of coal mine excavating operation post.Through on-the-spot investigation and preliminary research on H coal mine excavating process is analyzed,according to the 2018 edition of the coal mine safety technology operating rules assembly identify post activities unsafe factors a total of 122 items,namely 81 excavating process,supporting process 16,maintenance work 25 items,using the LEC of each post operation activities of the unsafe factors in the risk assessment and risk level,the results showed that there are 6 unsafe factors belonging to the first level risk.15 unsafe factors belonging to the second level risk,10 unsafe factors belonging to the third level risk,38 unsafe factors belonging to the fourth level risk,53 unsafe factors belonging to the fifth level risk and to draw the position according to the results of the risk grade operation safety risk comparison chart.(3)The Regional safety risk assessment of coal mine excavation operations.First of all,according to the classification standard of accidents of enterprise employee casualties,it is analyzed that there are as many as 15 main types of accidents and 34 unsafe factors in the excavation operation of the extended section of the east main roadway of H coal mine.Secondly,based on the actual situation of the excavating face,the author analyzes the occurrence areas of 15 kinds of 34 unsafe factors,and finds that 10 items are near the coal(rock)layer,with 28 items in the transportation lane and 8 items in the air return lane of the working face.Finally,based on the risk matrix method for the unsafe factors in the area of risk assessment and risk level,the results showed that there are 1 unsafe factor belonging to the first level risk,3 unsafe factors belonging to the second level risk,14 unsafe factors belonging to the third level risk and 28 unsafe factors belonging to the fourth level risk.According to the risk grade results,the safety risk distribution map of the excavation operation area was drawn.In this study,risk prevention and control strategies as well as countermeasures suitable for the mining operation requirements of H coal mine(enterprise)were proposed based on the results of the classification of the mining operation positions and regional safety risk assessment.It is of great significance to effectively reduce the unsafe behavior of people in coal mining positions,reducing the accident rate in coal mining operations,and improving the safety management level of enterprises by evaluating and grading the safety risks of coal mining operation. |
