The article takes the cutting procedure as the object of study. it bases on the time study of cutting work-procedure making use of common electro-cutting saw and the analysis of plate wardrobe parts. And with method of statistical analysis, planning solution, test comparison and so on, the article mainly analyzes the relationship between parts size, number and out percentage of stock; the relationship between cutting manner and efficiency, out percentage of stock. The article also optimizes the ratio of a typical wardrobe and analyzes the relationship between stock size and wardrobe size which has higher ratio. Main contents and conclusions are as follows:1. Cutting time and the stock output percentage are in a increasing linear trend which are different in a certain size and parts'number with the wardrobe width, depth, height and number of shelves. Cutting efficiency and output percentage are both higher when the sum of side panel height and width are less than the length dimension of stock. Among the relationship between shelves number and cutting time, both time of odd and even number are same, but with the vary of wardrobe width they are different.2. With the method of statistical analysis and test comparison, article analyzes the variational trend of a typical wardrobe output percentage with the change of parts size and number. A form owning optimal output is obtained severally.3. Through analyzing the wardrobe form whose output ratio is more than 90%, the parts size and number have a regular rule and commonness with the length dimension of stock.4. According to the relationship of wardrobe size and parts'number, article get the optimal form of three-door wardrobe whose depth, width, height, total number of shelves are respectively 488mm, 1190mm, 2376mm, 10 when the partition bisect wardrobe. And depth, width, height, width and number of left shelves, number of right shelves are respectively 488mm, 1190mm, 2376mm, 580mm, 2, 8 when the partition split wardrobe un-equivalently.5. Through analyzing the output percentage of single and double-door wardrobe and combining single and double-door wardrobe with same depth and height, article get the Optimal combination form and the corresponding size and number of parts under the request of hanging clothes or not.6. Cutting time is in a increasing linear trend with the number of shelves when single and double-door wardrobe are cut apart. The single-nondoor wardrobe and double-door wardrobe there are significant linear relationship, contrary, single-door wardrobe and double-nondoor wardrobe are unobvious.7. The cutting efficiency increases with the increased number of species, but the speed is getting slower. Reduce the types of parts can improve the cutting efficiency, but also reduce the output percentage of stock. The output percentage of main parts is smaller 7.13% than all parts. But the efficiency increases almost 30.31% which is more 4 times than 7.13%.
