With the rapid development of China's social economy,people's requirements for green living are also increasing.Therefore,the country is gradually increasing its attention and supervision of environmental protection.As a pillar industry in China,the non-ferrous metal industry makes an important contribution to economic growth,and also has a large impact on the ecological environment due to the large amount of wastewater,exhaust gas,and waste residues produced in the production process.Therefore,it is extremely important to pay full attention to environmental pollution in the non-ferrous metal industry.This article breaks through the limitations of traditional research methods.From the perspective of the value chain,through value-added activities and business activities,the company internal and external are combined to help the non-ferrous metal industry to design and integrate a scientific and reasonable environmental performance evaluation system.Later,by linking the system with the case company,it helps the case company to better manage its environmental performance,while also providing reference for the government and other companies in the industry.This article first summarizes the literature on value chain theory and its application and environmental performance evaluation by domestic and foreign scholars,and uses stakeholder theory,sustainable development theory and circular economy theory as the theoretical basis of this article to analyze value chain theory Relationship with environmental performance evaluation.Secondly,by analyzing the status quo of environmental performance evaluation of China's non-ferrous metal industry,the content of environmental performance evaluation of non-ferrous metal industry from the perspective of value chain is defined,and on this basis,the environmental performance evaluation system of non-ferrous metal industry value chain is designed,selected and integrated.After analyzing the existing environmental performance evaluation methods,it is determined to use the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method to calculate the relative weight of each factor of the environmental performance of the non-ferrous metal industry value chain.Subsequently,it was combined with the company's current situation and data collected and collected by internship research at W Company to analyze the environmental performance evaluation of W company's value chain from 2014 to 2018 to find out the four value-added companies that affect the company.At the stage of environmental performance factors and problems in environmental performance management,we put forward corresponding suggestions.And through comprehensive analysis of the case and industry status,it provides reference opinions for the government and other companies in the industry.
