| In recent years,polyester industry chain at home and abroad has achieved leapfrog development driven by market demand and technological progress.However,due to the structural and periodic overcapacity of its capacity,the increasingly fierce competition in the international market,the aggravation of trade friction,and the decline of industry profitability,it is necessary to speed up the elimination of backward capacity,further strengthen the technological transformation and upgrading,and improve the ability of the industrial chain to cope with market risks.Therefore,in the face of the current operation status of China’s polyester industry chain,it is of great significance to explore the operation performance evaluation indexes and methods of China’s polyester industry chain for optimizing China’s polyester industry structure and promoting the development of polyester industry.Firstly,this dissertation makes a comprehensive review on the research results of industrial chain,operation performance and evaluation system in domestic and foreign academic circles.On the basis of analyzing the structure and operation principle of polyester industrial chain in China,it systematically analyzes the operation status of each link of the industrial chain,and finds that there are still high dependence on raw materials import,low coordination between chains,and overall benefits of polyester industrial chain in China The problems of run space compression and textile industry competition increase year by year lead to the low performance of polyester industry chain in China.Secondly,the influencing factors of polyester industry chain operation performance are analyzed from the four dimensions of value chain,supply chain,enterprise chain and space chain.then combined with the influencing factors of polyester industry chain operation performance,Three-stage DEA method is selected for research,including: through the first stage traditional DEA model,the operation efficiency of polyester industry chain in China is analyzed,At the same time,calculate the input or output redundancy(i.e.relaxation variable);in the second stage,take the input or output relaxation variable as the explained variable,take the environment variable as the explained variable to establish the SFA model,estimate the impact of environmental factors on the relaxation variable,adjust the original input and output of polyester industry chain according to the influence result,so that all participants in the polyester industry chain are in the assumption Equivalent external environment.In the third stage,we use the adjusted input and output to measure the efficiency through DEA model again,and the efficiency value obtained has excluded the influence of environmental factors and random errors.Finally,we carry out empirical research on the operation performance evaluation of polyester industry chain in China,and select 71 enterprises in the upstream,middle and downstream of polyester industry chain in China as samples,so as to improve the operation performance of polyester industry chain in 2010-2019 Conduct evaluation and put forward corresponding operation and development suggestions.The purpose of this study is to grasp the current situation of polyester industry chain operation in China,explore the operation performance evaluation indicators,and select appropriate methods to evaluate,so as to provide scientific method support and decision-making reference for optimizing polyester industry structure and improving the operation performance of polyester industry chain in China. |
