Chenzhou,shaoguan and ganzhou are rich in non-ferrous metal mineral resources,with various types and obvious location advantages.Due to the geographical location of the three cities,it constitutes the adjacent area of hunan,guangdong and jiangxi.Over the years,the non-ferrous metal industry in the adjacent area has been developing steadily and well,making great contributions to the economic development of various regions.However,it has also been accompanied by unbalanced production and marketing,environmental pollution and other problems.Elements and regional industry restructuring faster and faster,the impact of regional industrial chain can be an effective division of labor is more and more big,the competition between the industrial chain in determining the status of regional competitiveness and economic development of provinces and cities,more and more important,between industry chain layout is reasonable,can break the division of labor clear will become area across administrative boundaries,key for common development.It is increasingly important to evaluate and optimize the industrial chain in the region.Starting from the current situation of non-ferrous industry,this paper first understands the development situation,geographical location and resource endowment conditions of the three cities.About selecting calendering,smelting and processing of non-ferrous metals industry chain of the development of each link,and the three city non-ferrous metals industrial structure similarity of comparative analysis,structure benefit,rationalization of industry chain and so on comparative analysis,by using the DEA model research three efficiency of non-ferrous metal industry industry chain,build the DEA index system,determine the input and output indicators,the three cities of chain efficiency were analyzed.Then,through reading the literature related to the regional industrial chain,the theoretical basis of the research is formed.Then,based on the above analysis results,it lays a foundation for the following research.Secondly,based on the above foundation put forward the ideas and benchmark to evaluate regional industrial chain,constructing evaluation index system of regionalindustry chain,and then based on which the basic development situation,three cities in forest in 2017,adjacent to the zone of non-ferrous metals industry chain link of selecting and smelting and rolling and processing decomposition into article 6 of the industrial chain as the research object,using the Weaver-Thomas to calculate the value of each index in the evaluation index system,and from the industrial chain itself development situation and the potential and the regional development Angle are given a final score;The Boston matrix model was constructed based on the score.According to the model,the preferred links for cultivation and development were identified as the mining and selection links of the chenzhou non-ferrous metal industry chain and the smelting,rolling and processing links of the ganzhou and shaoguan non-ferrous metal industry chains.Finally,put forward the future optimization direction,combined with the actual situation and government policies to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.
