With the rapid development of China's economy,the level of national income continues to improve,people's demand for culture is increasing,which greatly promotes the rapid development of tourism.Tea culture tourism industry as an important type of tourism,because of its health,tourism,culture and other advantages,has been favored by many tourists,and gradually become a new type of tourism.In the development of tea industry in Shandong Province,Tai'an City is one of the important producing areas.It not only has a long cultural history of picking,producing and tasting tea,but also has many tourism resources.For Tai'an City,tea industry is its characteristic industry and the pillar industry in the tertiary industry,which has made a significant contribution to the social development and the increase of farmers' income.At present,people's pursuit of cultural tourism is getting higher and higher.Tea cultural tourism has become a new choice in the tourism industry.To a certain extent,it promotes the economic development of rural areas,effectively absorbs rural surplus labor force and helps farmers increase their income.In recent years,the upsurge of "Taishan tea" has made more and more consumers realize the new tea culture form and enhance the research on tea culture tourism.Through on-the-spot investigation,the author deeply understands the actual development of tea culture tourism industry in Tai'an City,finds out the problems it faces,and analyzes and studies the tourists through the form of questionnaire,and summarizes the tourists' needs,opinions and suggestions.Through the systematic discussion and investigation of tea culture tourism resources system in Tai'an City,the development of tea culture tourism is comprehensively analyzed by using the development environment analysis method.Finally,it is found that tea culture tourism in Tai'an City has many advantages,such as superior natural environment,convenient transportation,strong tea industry foundation,and long history of tea culture There are some disadvantages,such as lack of tea culture tourism talents,single tourism route,product structure is not rich,hardware facilities are not perfect,lack of brand awareness and so on.At present,the government of Tai'an City has been paying more attention to tea culture tourism.The development of tea culture tourism is facing great opportunities and potential,which will help to change the concept of tourists' consumption.Atthe same time,it is also faced with contradictions such as development and protection,competition with tea industry in other regions,and challenges related to enterprise strength and economic level.In order to solve these problems,the author combines the requirements of the whole region tourism and high-quality development,selects yejiazhuang and tea Valley in Tai'an City for comparative analysis,and puts forward development strategies and policy suggestions for the development direction of tea culture tourism in Tai'an City.On the basis of the above research,this paper introduces the experience economy theory and sustainable development theory,according to the requirements of high-quality development and the characteristics of tea culture in Tai'an City,designs and develops personalized products for characteristic tourism routes,and makes scientific positioning for the development of tea culture tourism,and puts forward specific development goals and development strategies,so as to better develop tea culture in Tai'an City It also provides reference for the development of tea culture tourism in other areas.
