Study On Quality Management And Evaluation System Of Deep Water Drilling Platform

As one of the important members of the offshore engineering equipment,the deep water drilling platform is of great significance for the development of offshore oil and gas resources.At the same time,because of its general use in deep water area operations,the operation conditions are complex and the operating environment is bad.In this way,the construction quality of deep water drilling platform is strictly required.The construction of deep water drilling platform has the characteristics of long construction cycle,involving many specialties and frequent professional cross-operation,which brings challenges to the quality management work in the construction process of deep water drilling platform.Therefore,the quality management system will determine the quality and progress of platform construction.In this paper,the semi-submersible deep water drilling platform of Zhongji Raffles is taken as the research object,and the process of quality formation and control is studied.Based on the quality control process formed by carding,the evaluation method of quality management is studied.Through the analysis of the quality evaluation theory,the construction principle of the quality evaluation structure and the quality evaluation system is determined.According to the actual production status of Raffles in the target shipyard and the characteristics of semi-submersible platform project,the process of quality formation is analyzed from the point of view of work decomposition structure.On this basis,the quality control scheme of drilling platform and the quality information management scheme of quality control system are studied.The concrete control schemes and procedures of the quality management system in the production process are designed,including the control of the contractor and welder in the preparation phase of the project,the control program of the construction phase in the middle of the project,and the quality control scheme in the delivery and delivery phases of the project.Based on the study of the quality management system and control process of the target shipyard,the evaluation method of the quality management process is put forward.Mainly from three aspects of quality inspection plan,quality inspection process,quality information management,output corresponding document,improve quality planning,inspection,information management work.Realize the continuous optimization of quality management,and then ensure the construction quality of semi-submersible platform.
