Due to the rapid development of the petrochemical industry,safety issues are becoming more and more prominent,and accidents in major chemical plants both at domestic and abroad occur frequently.As a result of China's industrial concentration planning,the high density of installations in the plant area,in the event of an accident,it is very likely to cause a domino effect,with serious consequences.Consequently,it is significant to strengthen the awareness of the employees of petrochemical enterprises on safe operation and improve the level of operation.In response to the needs of the industry,a chemical disaster emergency operation simulation system has been developed to provide emergency disposal safety training for employees of petrochemical enterprises.1.In response to the problem that the emergency drill system is difficult to simulate the accident domino scenario,a risk modeling approach of "process simulation modeling+disaster simulation modeling" has been proposed based on the mechanism of disaster occurrence,development and evolution,organically combining the process model and disaster model.Hazard field models have been added to the simulation to describe multiple hazards of the same type,and hazard accident superposition and hazard consequences have been studied.2.In response to the difficulty of quantifying emergency operation evaluation indicators,an AHP-based emergency drill operation evaluation method was proposed.It draws on control-loop evaluations to conduct operational evaluations based on deviations from simulation results and ideal data.The AHP method has been used to establish a model for evaluating the operational stability of the equipment,which determines the significance coefficients for each type of equipment and reduces the subjectivity of determining the weight values.3?Based on the above theory,a B/S architecture-based chemical disaster emergency operation simulation system has been developed.Using three-dimensional modelling techniques to model installations,disasters and people,the system allows for multi-person collaborative emergency response exercises through virtual reality combined with dynamic process simulation data,which allows for emergency response drills and operational evaluation of abnormal working conditions,disaster accidents.With open model data as its main concept,the system provides an intuitive,user-friendly and powerful graphical user interface and a powerful third-party data interface.
