Chemical Equipment Supervision Management System Construction

Equipment supervision is crucial for the implementation of the project.It guaranteed the safity and stable operation of the project and enhanced overall economic efficiency for the enterprises.This study elaborates the basic theory of equipment supervision and then cites a X million tons/year upgrading project in Dongwu county as an example to point out the necessity of establishing the management system for equipment supervision based on the key equipments of processes and the construction background.The system of management for equipment supervision,which included the organization,control flow chart,principle and mode,as well as classification and detailed content,was established successfully according to the actual coal-chemical project.The whole process of equipment manufacturing was controled under this system.In addition,the paper proposed incentive measures to bring up its application.Practice of equipment supervision has proved that many key problems can be observed and can be solved and eliminate hidden troubles in the manufacture of equipments.Finally,all the equipments can manufactured accurately according to the time and content by contract,through this system of management for equipment supervision and all of the project can finished and implemented on time.
