Research On Carbon Finance Development Mechanism Of Commercial Banks From The Perspective Of Green Development

At present,protecting the environment has become the consensus of development.After the Second World War,although the development of the economies is growing rapidly and accumulated a large amount of material wealth,the ecological environment is damaged.Under the global warming environment,carbon finance business has gradually developed and plays an important role in protecting the environment.Therefore,the concepts of sustainable development,low-carbon development and green development emerged as the times require.Since the 18 th congress,green development is mentioned repeatedly by our country.As the largest developing country,it also plays an important role in protecting the world environment.Therefore,the proposal of green development is conducive to the further development of commercial banks,and put forward higher requirements for the development of carbon finance business,carbon finance business also bears more important responsibilities and tasks.However,as the main force for the implementation of carbon finance business,it is not only opportunities but also challenges for China's commercial banks.Under the background of green development,how to develop carbon finance business better has become a theoretical and practical problem for commercial banks in China.In this paper,according to analyze the concept of carbon finance,the construction of carbon finance system and the development of carbon finance business in commercial banks,with in-depth analysis of the specific cases of carbon finance development of domestic and foreign commercial banks,which are based on the literature research,comparative analysis and case research.From the aspect of carbon finance business of commercial banks,focusing on the four aspects of carbon finance's credit business,wealth management business,CDM project and intermediary business,aims at exploring the current situation and problems of carbon finance development of commercial banks in China,based on the development status of carbon finance business of industrial bank of China,the potential impact of developing carbon finance business on it is analyzed.In addition,based on the successful experience of foreign carbon finance market andcommercial bank mechanism,designing carbon finance development mechanism of commercial bank in China,mainly from the internal mechanism and the external mechanism to design.Finally,based on the above research,the corresponding safeguard measures are proposed to promote the operation of the carbon finance development mechanism of commercial banks in China.
