Research On The Development Of Green Finance In China's Commercial Banks

At present,countries around the world are paying more and more attention to environmental protection,controlling environmental pollution through various means,developing a low-carbon economy,and promoting economic transformation and upgrading.Green finance is formed by the combination of environmental protection and financial industry.In the past decade,with the increasing awareness of environmental protection among the public,the call for environmental protection has become increasingly louder.The party and the national government have also attached great importance to environmental issues.The 19 th national congress of the party has proposed ecological,green and sustainable development,highlighting the determination of the central government to environmental protection and economic transformation.Commercial Banks as an important financial institutions,have the function of the guide money flows and the allocation of resources,the social and environmental risks in the process of the introduction of commercial Banks,to curb "two high" left the development of the industry,eliminate pollution enterprises,play the positive role of commercial Banks more social capital inflows to the green enterprise,promote the sustainable development of economy and society in our country.In this context,the paper is fall into six parts for research.The first part introduces the background of the article and research significance,the research status at home and abroad and the main ideas and methods of the research.The second part expounds the meaning,theoretical basis and main forms of green finance.This chapter makes a basic introduction to green finance.The third part takes four representative commercial Banks(including two state-owned commercial Banks and two joint-stock commercial Banks)as examples to illustrate the current development status of green finance in China.The fourth part expounds some problems existing in the development of green finance in China and analyzes the reasons.The fifth part introduces the practice of green finance of commercial Banks in the United States,Britain,Japan and Germany.Although the four countries have different development models of green finance,they have achieved great success,from which we can find out the experience worthy of our reference.The sixth part,according to the existing problems and foreign successful experience,offer Suggestions and measures to promote the development of green finance in China.
