Quantitative risk assessment(QRA)is a quantitative analysis method that quantitatively describes the system risk through quantitative analysis of failure probability and failure consequence severity.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of fire and explosion accidents of hazardous chemicals in China has not only caused serious economic losses and casualties,but also brought varying degrees of environmental damage and social impact.Therefore,quantitative risk assessment of hazardous chemicals enterprises has been paid more and more attention.A light hydrocarbon stock in Daqing Oilfield has 11000m~3 of inflammable and explosive dangerous chemicals,which constitutes a major hazard source of class I dangerous chemicals.Once leakage occurs,fire and explosion accidents will occur,which will cause great damage to surrounding facilities and residents.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out quantitative risk assessment for this stock.In this paper,SAFETI,the most widely used professional quantitative risk assessment software at home and abroad,is used to assess the risk of a light hydrocarbon stock in Daqing Oilfield,to identify dangerous and harmful factors,to determine high-risk equipment,to screen credible leakage scenarios;to use international authoritative database,and to modify the leakage frequency of equipment in combination with the actual situation of the site;to use SAFETI software on the basis of accident simulation,taking into account the local weather,population distribution,ignition probability and other factors,the overall personal risk and social risk of the stock are obtained.Through the quantitative risk assessment,we can see that the social risk of the stock is in the area of reducing risk as much as possible,so we should take reasonable and feasible measures to reduce the social risk as much as possible;according to the emergency rescue plan,we put forward the suggestion of setting up reasonable monitoring points,monitoring the concentration of leaked substances and the change trend in real time,so as to provide scientific and reasonable support for the emergency rescue.
