| The continuity of manufacturing process and the enlargement of equipment scale and the complexity of process have become the development orientation of today's chemical industry. Compared with other industries, petrochemical production processes involving raw materials, intermediates and products are mostly the flammable, explosive, toxic, harmful and corrosive substances. In the process of production, storage and transportation in these large scale petrochemical enterprises, the accident of fire, explosion, poisoning would be occurred. This paper focuses on the areas from the identification of risk factors, more precise process parameters selection, the leak frequency analysis, rational choice model of the maximum credible accidents and accidents model, the accidents consequences of simulated calculation, to predict the scope of the consequences of major accidents and strive to improve the reliability of quantitative risk assessment.At present, the uncertain factors of the petrochemical enterprises in the quantitative risk assessment process which will inevitably affect the accuracy of the assessment results are existed. Therefore, this paper is based on the security status of polypropylene unit and accident case studies, recognized that these may affect the accuracy of evaluation results of the problem, the device analyzed the risk of propylene feed system characteristics and the process of feeding the harm caused by leaks, summarized propylene propylene feed system leakage that may occur in the fire and explosion type; combined with quantitative risk assessment methods, use Det Norske Veritas (DNV) the quantitative risk analysis software to carry out the probability and the consequences of a simulation to propylene feed system, obtained fire and explosion hazards in the affected area. Obtained by means of quantitative risk assessment data and conclusions can be simple, intuitive, fast draw concern target by the degree of injury. The research results can be applied to similar polypropylene plant safety design and safety evaluation reports, have important practical significance, the nature of the project design and safety evaluation results to improve the accuracy to provide effective and reliable method. |
