Research On The Design And Application Of Ice Plate Edge Modelling In Ming Style Chair Furniture

This paper takes the ice edge of Ming chair furniture as the research object.From the point of view of design,combined with the measurement and analysis method of geometry and the simulation test method of ergonomics,through collecting the relevant data of ice edge,taking the 16 ice edges drawn by Mr.Wang Shixiang as the concrate research object,the design of the ice edge is carried out.Modeling classification,modelling changes,material use,practical functions and related design ideas are analyzed.Ice tray is the classic line foot inherited in the development process of Chinese traditional furniture,and with the arrival of Ming style furniture at the peak of design,it shows a very high artistic beauty and design beauty.The design idea and cultural connotation contained in this is the crystallization of the wisdom of the working people.Starting from the shape of ice plate edge,this paper classifies sixteen common ice plate edges in Ming-style chair furniture,analyses their shape characteristics,and combines with the 15 Ming-style chairs containing ice plate edge in the book Ming-style Furniture Research of Wang Shixiang,obtains its design concept and method in the furniture as a whole,and makes an in-depth study on it in connection with ergonomics.In order to explore the artistic and scientific nature of its shape change and practical application.In the part of the research on the types of ice plate edge shape,by classifying its outline according to different forms,this paper studies the characteristics of various ice plate edge shape change,and analyses the application of ice plate edge in four types of Ming chair furniture.In the part of ice tray shape design,the change and proportion of ice tray shape,linear effect and ergonomic design are analyzed.Through surveying and mapping,the fitting function and function image of the trend curve along the ice disc are obtained,and the scale of the ice disc shape design is studied by using the method of proportional analysis of design geometry,combining with the form change characteristics and design connotation of various ice disc edges.By analyzing the material utilization,line transformation and straight line application of the ice tray along the furniture components,and connecting with the overall shape of the furniture,the linear function of the shape design is studied.By measuring and calculating the measured drawings,the design dimension of the ice plate edge is analyzed,the cross-section angle and thickness are calculated,and compared with the comfort angle of the knee joint and the comfort scale of the popliteal fossa,the scientificity of the ice plate edge modelling design for human sitting posture is studied.Finally,this paper synthesizes the research contents of the type change and the shape design of the ice edge,summarizes the design methods of all kinds of ice edge under the dual requirements of design aesthetics and ergonomics,combines the market investigation and analysis of the ice edge shape in the seat,and links with the use needs and aesthetic characteristics of chair furniture of contemporary people.Point to explore the evolution and application of ice tray in contemporary chair furniture design.
