Research And Practice On Design Of Jacquard Imitation Fabric With Lace Style

Nowadays,the creation design of textile is the innovation of art and craftsmanship,lace is considered as a kind of artwork,it is not limited to being a kind of fabric and accessory.Lace’s fascinating visual style can be used as a new design element,combined with different materials and techniques,to be recreated to create new artistic effects By absorbing,inheriting and innovating the classic lace elements,and making lace transform as a design element and combined with jacquard technology,it will inject fresh vitality into the diverse visual effects of textilesThis topic deeply studies the style characteristics of lace,and summarizes the visual style characteristics of lace,including colors,patterns,textures,and summarizes them to extract design elements to do the design research and practice of jacquard fabric with imitation lace style.On this basis,the research contents include:the design principle of jacquard fabric with imitation lace style,lace pattern design method,jacquard technology design and design practice.In the aspect of pattern design,the lace is transformed into a visual pattern.According to the characteristics of the lace pattern summarized and analyzed,a layered combination pattern design method is proposed.The lace pattern is divided into three layers:the bottom layer,the bottom pattern layer and the main pattern layer,each pattern layer has different design effect,and corresponds to different weave structure.At the same time,according to the design effect and production process,the design points of the lace pattern are summarized.In the design of the jacquard technology process,in order to imitate the embossed texture effect and the light and transparent texture effect,this research raises a high-pattern weave structure design method,different from the traditional high-pattern formation method,this paper proposes a design method that combines two weave structures which has tightmess difference,and it also combined with shade light structures,without using shrinkable yarns and using post-processing techniques,the fabric has a high-pattern texture.In order to make the fabric has the light and transparent texture,it adopts the jacquard technology design and textile recreation,by cutting the floating thread and part of the warp yarn and weft yarn to make the fabric has a transparent effect,forming a transparent lace-like texture effect.The innovation of this research lies in the diversified use of lace elements on the jacquard fabric design,and combines the digital jacquard technology and lace style,and it proposes two kinds of weave structures design according to the two different texture effects.It adds new design space for the innovative appearance effect design of jacquard fabrics and puts the extra value on the product design.The research content of this subject is not simply imitates the style of lace fabric,it makes a fabric creation on this basis,it innovates the inherent characteristics of lace,and designs a series of novel jacquard fabrics with lace style characteristics,the fabric has both the characteristics of lace and jacquard fabric,it creates a new effect with two kinds of art effects.This innovative design idea verifies the feasibility through design practice,enriches the appearance of jacquard fabrics,and provides reference and reference for the innovative design of fabrics.
