The Research On Carbon Emission Measurement And Control Of Furniture Supply Chain

Furniture manufacturing in China still belongs to the manufacturing of high energy consumption and high carbon emission.Furniture manufacturing has the vital significance regarding the people life,occupies the important proportion in national economy,therefore,with the advent of low-carbon economy,make furniture is very important for the low carbon supply chain,at the same time,China's furniture manufacturing is facing a big environmental threat,in 2019 in Shenzhen furniture manufacturing found substandard or pollution degree is not a few,and the current research on the furniture manufacturing is limited,therefore,to furniture content such as supply chain carbon emissions measurement and control strategy of the research has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,the research results on carbon emission of furniture supply chain at home and abroad in this paper.Secondly,the carbon emission scope of the furniture supply chain is defined based on the product life cycle method,and the subsystems of the furniture supply chain and the nodes where the carbon emission is generated are analyzed,and the conceptual model of the carbon emission of the furniture supply chain is constructed.Using carbon emissions coefficient method,the study of furniture carbon emissions in the supply chain,from purchasing production,packaging,transport,warehousing of carbon emissions produced by six aspects furniture supply chain carbon emissions measurement model is established,including procurement and sales link into the calculation,the transport link to the wood procurement from the start to the final sent to the consumer,the entire link to the whole supply chain measurement study on the carbon emissions;According to the system dynamics,the causal relationship flow chart of each subsystem of the furniture supply chain was established to analyze the carbon emission influencing factors of the furniture supply chain,and the change analysis of influencing factors was carried out.Finally,the case study is carried out against the background of C company,a well-known furniture co.,ltd.in Shenzhen,and the specific case is analyzed to test whether it is feasible to build the calculation model in the previous paper.The carbon emission in the case is found to be relatively large,and relevant control strategies and Suggestions are proposed according to the actual situation.Carbon emissions of the furniture manufacturing measure and control strategy research,looking for domestic and foreign about the furniture manufacturing by the lack of theoretical knowledge to supplement,promote the development of furniture enterprise on the chain of supply chain green,help the energy conservation and emissions reduction,more in line with the requirements of low-carbon economy,promote the long-term development of their own,and can provide reference for government departments to make carbon reduction policy,hope that the research on carbon emissions in other industries also has reference significance.
