In recent years,it attracted the attention of the carbon emissions rising from coal consumption in Heilongjiang Province.The coal demand increases a large number of coal mining,which not only brings an increasing depletion of coal resources and environmental pollution in Heilongjiang province,but also gets a series of abnormal phenomena,such as the green house effect and so on.The growth of the carbon emissions caused by environmental pollution has become a vital factor restricting the economic development of Heilongjiang province.Except for economic development,the coal supply chain itself is also the reason driving the carbon emissions growth,which doesn't get a clear coal supply chain carbon reduction target,has not a clear division of responsibilities,low transparency of information,general formulation of carbon reduction strategies.The countermeasures of coal supply chain carbon emissions are not well directed.In this paper,it combines with the Heilongjiang province coal supply chain status,analyzing the existing problems and characteristics of Heilongjiang province coal supply chain and supply chain carbon emissions,according to"2006 IPCC guidelines",calculated carbon emissions,which includes coal production links,transportation links and consumer sectors in Heilongjiang province by using different measurement formulas.And then it summarizes total carbon emissions from different links.It makes population,GDP,amount of coal mining,washing process capacity,transport volume of coal and coal consumption as the influence factors of total carbon emissions.After that,it calculates the main factors which affect the Heilongjiang province coal supply chain carbon emissions according to the correlation analysis.And it predicts different links carbon emissions in 2014-2020 years by the grey prediction GM(1,1)model,determined carbon emission reduction principle clearly.Based on the total carbon emissions,it proposes rational and operational emission reduction measures to manage Heilongjiang province coal supply chain carbon emission reduction scientifically.This research would provide practical guiding significance to the carbon emission reduction.
