| With growing global warming,it is becoming the key issues in every countries of the world that how to effectively control carbon emissions(CE).As a country with large scale of manufacturing,Chinese CE is in the top of the world.So Chinese government has promise to decreasing about 40 percent to 50 percent CE of per unit of GDP compare with CE of per unit of GDP in 2005.CE is generated from the whole process of supply chain,including procurement,manufacture,transport,storage,sale,after-sale service and so on.It is difficult to decrease CE in the link of supply chain,so it is effective to control CE from the view of supply chain.With the CE trading system building in the Beijing,Shanghai and other cities in China,it is worth explored that how to coordinate supply chain under the control of CE facing various methods of controlling CE.Research on the CE problem from the perspective of supply chain will not only help manager to make decision of coordinate supply chain in the various environments of controlling CE but also benefit for the government to launch a series of measures.Based on the above,from the view of the strategy of supply chain coordination under CE control,the main research work of this paper is as follows:First,the CE of producer concludes the direct CE of producer and indirect CE of supplier.Based on the tradition factors of supplier selection,such as price,quality,service level etc.,this paper empirical analyses the influence of supplier CE on the producer in the view of the relationship between supplier CE and producer CE information disclosure quality from the data of European Fortune Globe 500 companies.And then this paper researches the CE position in the various factors of supplier selection by using fuzzy analytic network process.The results show that the CE of supplier has becoming the key factors of supplier selection in the view of cost of CE and CE information disclosure quality.Second,producer not only can consider the problem of supplier selection based on the single supplier but also can achieve the objective of minimizing total purchase cost including CE cost by adjusting the order quantity.This paper takes the classical economic order quantity model as an example,and considers CE of transport.And then this paper analyses not only the relationship between order quantity and CE quota but also the economic order quantity effected by coefficient of unit punish cost in the different situations,such as without consider CE,consider CE,minimum CE.The results show that the balance of the cost and CE can be achieved by adjusting order quantity facing various CE quotas.Third,producer need to consider how to allocate order quantity in the different suppliers.The factors of supplier selection and characters of each supplier are different.Combing the key factors of supplier selection,such as price,quality,service,etc.,this paper analyses the relationship of various factor of supplier selection by using fuzzy analytic network process.Based on the guarantee to meet the needs of constrains and the distinct position of CE,this paper analyses how to meets the requires of multi-objective by distributing order quantity among these different suppliers,such as minimize the total purchase cost,minimize CE,minimize return of goods,etc.Fourth,the coordination issues of two-echelon of producer and supplier based on revenue sharing contract is studied.Producer can achieve the objective of balancing the profit and CE by adjusting the order quantity.Because CE generated in the whole supply chain,it can not decrease the CE from the producer.Producer allocates the profit between the producer and supplier under the profit sharing contract to stimulating supplier decrease the CE.So we can achieve the win-win objective of decreasing the CE and maintain the profit.The results show that centralized supply chain is better than decentralized supply chain,and the win-win objective can be achieved by proper allocating the profit between supplier and producer.Five,the coordination issues of two-echelon supply chain including producer and supplier under the carbon tax and carbon emissions trading system is studied.Carbon tax and carbon emissions trading system are the two effective methods of controlling CE by government.This paper studies the order quantity and supply chain profit affected by carbon tax and CE trading price in the centralized supply chain and the unit variable price of semi-finished product in the decentralized supply chain.And then this paper analyses the allocated proportion of profit affected by carbon tax and unit CE trading price.The results show that the coordination of producer and supplier will be difficult under the higher carbon tax and carbon emissions trading price.This will provides technical support for controlling the CE by government.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:First,the results show that indirect CE has a major impact on producer CE information disclosure quality.Taking a European Fortune Globe 500 companies as an example,this paper proves the significant relationship between indirect CE and producer CE information disclosure quality by using empirical analysis method.And then it shows that the CE should be considered in supplier selection.Second,this paper provides the way of balancing the CE and economic performance by supplier selection.Based on the model of single or multiple supplier selection considering CE,this paper shows that it can be achieve the objective of balancing the CE and order cost by allocating order quantity among these suppliers.And then this paper analyses the problem of supplier selection with the change of external environment for controlling CE.Third,this paper constructs the model of supply chain coordinate based on revenue sharing contract.The results show that it can be achieve the win-win objective of controlling CE and maintain profit by allocating profit between supplier and producer. |
