| Fabric style is a description of people’s comprehensive sense of performance for fabric quality.And the style of different fabrics often directly determines its scope of application and effect of use.Therefore,how to evaluate fabric style accurately and objectively can not only determine the use of the fabric,but also estimate the value of the fabric.Fabric style will be influenced in every process of textile,but fabric style will be finally determined after finishing.Therefore,this subject mainly studies the influence of different finishing methods fabric style,and uses multiple indexes to systematically evaluate the fabric style.The purpose of many finishing processes is to improve the quality of the fabric style,so that the relevant properties of the fabric more in line with people’s needs.At present,there are many finishing methods for cotton fabric,more commonly used and better production quality finishing methods are liquid ammonia finishing,soft finishing,ironing-free finishing,moisture cross-linking finishing and so on.Different finishing methods have different influence on the softness,bending rigidity,drape,wrinkle recovery and other style indexes of the fabric.And the research on the style of the finished fabric can be used to feedback and evaluate the finishing methods.18 cotton fabrics of different specifications were finished by soft finishing,non-ironing finishing,liquid ammonia soft finishing,liquid ammonia non-ironing finishing and liquid ammonia moisture cross-linking finishing.Using PhabrOmeter,FY207 Fabric stiffness tester,NW254 softness tester,LLY-02 fabric wrinkle elastic recovery tester,XDP-1 drape coefficient tester and other related instruments to measure all kinds of finished fabrics,Then using the correlation coefficient method to analyze the correlation of fabric style evaluation indexes,more representative evaluation index can be selected to make the evaluation of fabric style more accurate and comprehensive..By comparing the effects of different finishing methods on softness,drape and wrinkle resistance of fabrics,and studying the influence of fabric structure on finishing,we can evaluate the finishing methods and improve the fabric finishing process according to the needs.It can also provide theoretical support for product pricing,production process design and product application and so on.To sum up,the systematic evaluation of fabric style of different finishing methods can more accurately evaluate the advantages and disadvantages or differences of finishing methods,which has strong scientific theoretical support for the design of production process and product pricing. |
