Design Of Smart Seats Based On Carbon Fiber Composite Material

Among many props used in human activities,the seat is a very common and inseparable ancient invention.It can be said that in comfortable products,the seat is definitely in the forefront.Its role is between sleep and labor,it is a necessary place for people to work in modern society.The first design products at the beginning of Bauhaus included a large number of seat designs,some of which are still in use today and are very common.It can be seen how important seats are in human life.Therefore,in the first chapter of this article,the production,history,function and modern design of the seat,the past and present of the seat design and the evolution of the role played in human society will be outlined.With Bauhaus as an entry point,the seat is combined with contemporary design to further explore "seat science" from a design perspective.In the past two hundred years,since the beginning of the European Industrial Revolution,various designs and innovations for seats have emerged.Looking back at the blowout development of technology today,our seat design still revolves around the footsteps of the masters of that era,standing on the shoulders of giants and staggering within the framework they set.But when the post-modern thinking is added,the practicality of the design itself is diverged,and it is often far away from the real life.It has become a high-hanging work in the palace.Designers should think about where the wealth in our time is different from its predecessors.Therefore,from the perspective of the times,this article explores the new pattern of seat design brought by new technologies in the field of seat design.The second part of this article will focus on the new needs of seat design in the current life under market research,with a people-oriented attitude,combined with the actual situation to organize and analyze.And the last two parts will introduce two modern technical means,namely artificial intelligence and emerging material carbon fiber composite application technology.This article abandons the design aesthetics and styling characteristics of the previous focus on seat design,and retains some of the ergonomic technology necessary for seat design,and seeks a new situation in seat design from artificial intelligence and micro materials.
