Study On The Application Of Carbon Fiber Composites In Seat Design

As a new type of composite material with excellent performance,carbon fiber composite material was born in high-tech fields such as aerospace and military.It is widely used in sports equipment,textile,chemical machinery and medical fields after popularization.However,the advantages of carbon fiber composite materials are not full demonstrated in the field of furniture.With the development of the design concept,the seat design has changed from the luxury atmosphere style that was previously pursued to the simple and fashionable modern style.The unique shape and streamlined structure have become the goal pursued by more and more consumers,which puts higher demands on the design materials.These seat design features,which are in line with the aesthetic concept of the new era,can be fully demonstrated through carbon fiber composite materials.In this study,carbon fiber composite materials were used as research objects,and research methods such as literature search method,case analysis method,comparative analysis method and design practice method were adopted.According to the basic structure,physical and chemical properties,molding process and aesthetic characteristics of carbon fiber composite materials,the four important application principles of functional,innovative,lightweight and artistic in the design of the seat are analyzed and summarized.And its application methods and application scope of the seat design are summarized.Based on this,the design,application and application of carbon fiber composite seat structure are carried out.Among them,the structure is mainly designed and verified from the molding characteristics,the structural form and the joint mode of the components.In the design of the seat structure,the structural features and connection methods must be fully considered,and the basic design of the seat structure should be satisfied from the function while ensuring its design.The basic requirements of the structure,in the shape design,is that the carbon fiber composite material is rich in variety and shape.The basic properties and forming characteristics of carbon fiber can meet various morphological design requirements.and it is designed and applied from four forms:point,line,surface and body;The expressive power of carbon fiber composites can be expressed by its unique weaving texture and color,and can make full use of the color carbon fiber to give the seat products a sense of technology and fashion.In addition,using the unique texture of carbon fiber composite material and the texture of other materials can give the seat a unique material recognition,and bring a variety of texture performance effects,which can further enrich the design performance of the seat.Based on the above research results,a series of carbon fiber composite material seat design practices were carried out to demonstrate its design performance.Meanwhile,through model production,its functionality and lightness were demonstrated,and the feasibility of carbon fiber composite materials widely used in seat design was further demonstrated,which provided a certain reference for exploring the application of carbon fiber composite materials in seat design value.
