| While the rhythm of life and work pressure lead to a large number of sleep problems such as insomnia,dreaminess,easy to wake up and insufficient sleep time,bad habits such as long-term sitting posture and lack of activity at work also pose a great threat to people’s cervical health.With the development of intelligent products,there are many products aimed at improving people’s sleep problems and cervical problems on the market.However,at present,such products on the market,such as intelligent pillow and cervical massage instrument,have too single function to meet the diversified needs of users,and there is less research on pillow products integrating massage,monitoring and sleep assistance on the market,Lack of a more comprehensive intelligent cervical pillow to solve people’s sleep problems and cervical problems.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies and analyzes the relevant technical theories of artificial intelligence by literature research method,expounds the concept and development of artificial intelligence,analyzes the natural language processing technology,image recognition technology,machine learning and human-computer interaction technology related to artificial intelligence,and points out the application of artificial intelligence in life and its impact on design.Using the methods of questionnaire and user interview,this paper analyzes the product users,constructs the user model with the analysis results,analyzes and studies the user needs with Kano model method,determines the user demand category and demand priority,maps the analysis results of user needs to the product,and uses this result to guide the design of intelligent cervical pillow.Further,based on the relevant technical theory of artificial intelligence and user needs,the functional elements and interactive design elements of intelligent cervical pillow are defined,the implementation methods of its functions and functional interaction are analyzed and studied,and the three functions and implementation methods of sleep monitoring,shoulder and neck massage and sleep assistance are determined,In terms of interaction design,it defines two forms and implementation methods of voice interaction and app interaction.After that,through the investigation and research of relevant literature and experiments,the man-machine size,man-machine shape and material of intelligent cervical pillow were analyzed and determined.Finally,in the design output stage,clarify the design positioning,design the product appearance,structure and app interaction interface in multiple dimensions based on the previously obtained function and interaction design elements,and evaluate the final scheme of the design.Based on the relevant technical theory of artificial intelligence,this topic puts forward a design scheme of intelligent cervical pillow for people’s sleep problems and cervical problems.It is expected that under the background of the rapid development of artificial intelligence,more design products pay attention to people’s sleep health and cervical health,so as to provide design ideas and reference for the design of intelligent cervical pillow. |
