The Application Of Artificial Intelligence In NC Machine Tool ICAID System

Based on the study of the state' s "The Ninth Five-year " KeyScience and Technology project--ICAID (Internet-based ComputerAided Industrial Design) system, this paper preliminary probes the state' s "The Tenth Five-year" Key Science and Technologyproject--"Research on Internet-based NC Machine Tool FormDesign and Humanized Interface Technologies and Implementations based on the design knowledge and user knowledge" . With the analysis of the theory and experiment, I mainly made a research on the intellectual expect in NC Machine Tool ICAID system.The article defined the formation and development of ICAID technology, analyzed the new requests of this technology. By the study about "The Ninth Five-year" Key Science and Technology project, the article found the needs to be intelligenlized for the ICAID system and discussed it from the broad sense and the narrow sense. Through the exploration about the user states, a new idea on the intelligenlized ICAID system was introduced in the paper. The thesis predicted the form model and the key parts of the system, made a deep study in the intelligenlized hunting and management.Then, from the design activities and experiments, the paper elicited the general design process about the designer and the engineer. Based on the research, it probed the intelligenlized working model of the ICAID system thoroughly.
