The research subject is based on “Sino-Russia” Crude Oil Pipeline Project(Phase ?),and which is focused on the particular environment and technical specification.This systematic research is made in the aspects of welding procedure,frozen earth ditching along with the parallel pipeline,anti-corrosion coating on insulation pipes,construction techniques on individual landform and physiognomy,and special tools.The thesis has obtained the following 5 achievements.(1)Optimizing study is made on the welding procedure for ?813mm steel pipe,and get the combined welding procedures which is suitable for cold conditions at high latitude and complex terrain.(2)The study is made on the safety ditching technique on the parallel pipeline at long-term frozen area,and has defined the excavation methods and principles which are adopted in different conditions.(3)The study is made on the application of 3LPE mechanical anti-corrosion coating.The anti-corrosion structure for joints is optimized and finalized the anti-corrosion coating techniques for cold conditions at high latitude.(4)The study has developed the ? 813 mm inner hydraulic pipeline clamp with pneumatic cleaning device,which is the first set of special equipment in domestic and filled the gap of the pipeline construction industry.(5)The study has developed the pipeline lowering basket device and airbag sealing device,and has solved the difficult for pipeline lowering and pipe end sealing.The above achieved techniques are applied in “Sino-Russia” Crude Oil Pipeline Project(Phase ?),and make a great benefit and support to the project.It has great potentialities of development and wide prospects of application.
