| Special purpose machine tools that are a variety of machine tool in automaticproduction line is use for special components and special processes. With thedevelopment of produce technology, many of the enterprises in our nation havemechanical equipments. These equipments are fell behind the current technique. It ismeaningfull to reconstruct the leisure machines into special machines.This paper based on analyzing the process dividing parts. Ordinary verticalmachining in the processing of dividing parts exist low efficiency, poor flexibility,requiring high technical ability workers, easy to cause operational errors and so on. Inthis paper, some common feed drive gearing such as leadscrew nut ball dive, guidescrew dive and hydraulic transmission are studied and compared respectively inperformance. The former feed drive gearing has been reconstructed into hydraulictransmission. Dividing device of modified special purpose machine tools that werereconstructed into numerical control device. Using F125universal dividing canrealize auto-dividing to the satisfaction of users. Through comparing the performanceof relay contactor, microcomputer control, PLC control are compared. Aftertransformation, machine tool could realize fast travel—fast travel of deceleration—impulse stroke—snap back—snap back of deceleration—dividing—fast travel circuitsto dividing parts.The special machine of reconstruction can realize automation to process dividingparts such as jaw clutch, spline and gear and improve the precision of producing parts,which get a high productivity. It has more advantages, such as low investment, quickreturn, less reconstructions, less time that need to assembling and debugging, highutilization ratio of old machine and easy recovery to origin. All of these are veryimportant to its population prospect. |
