In Qian an area,the fuyu reservoir and some high platform reservoirs are mainly tight reservoirs with poor resource taste and low production,but the overall exploration and development prospect is broad.Horizontal well technology is an important means to realize effective development in this area.Based on the analysis of dry Ann dense oil in horizontal well drilling difficulties,through the optimization design,horizontal well in drilling construction security under the premise of the two open shallow hole structure,cooperate with the sidewall stabilization,hole trajectory profile optimization technology,the acceleration effect technology,effectively shortening drilling cycle,reducing drilling cost,achieve economic benefit using dense oil resources.A series of supporting technologies suitable for optimal and fast drilling of horizontal Wells with dry and dense oil have been developed,and 30 Wells have been successfully popularized and applied in the dry and dense oil area,with significant acceleration effect?Through technical research,and formed the actual argument long horizontal section of horizontal well trajectory profile optimization in complex strata,stable flat assembly optimization,near-bit geosteering,full hole drilling tool combination optimization and effective personalized security drill as the core,such as dry Ann region dense oil series of form a complete set of horizontal well drilling technology,for the use of dry Ann dense oil development engineering technical support.Aiming at the safe drilling in complex formation and improving the penetration rate of thin oil layer,the application of potassium-ammonium polymer strong plugging drilling fluid system was put forward to realize safe and efficient drilling in complex formation of horizontal well in long horizontal section of shallow casing in tight oil.The application of bistable section plus near-bit guide tool technology greatly improves the drilling rate of thin oil reservoir.
