Tight oil and gas resources is about2.5times that of the conventional oil and gas resources, developed by foreign studies showed "well factory" is an effective method for tight oil and gas exploration and development."Well factory" model to develop tight oil and gas reservoirs ultimate goal is to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of the economic development. The development model is composed of multiple parts in terms of cost savings, and the horizontal well trajectory design is an important part of it. How to design more reasonable trajectory in order to improve the comprehensive economic benefits of tight oil exploration and development is needed to solve in this article. In this paper, the research content is a part of the drilling design integrated system software, which is a sub-topics of the national science and technology major projects (contract number:2011zx05021-006) Therefore, the studies about the well trajectory design of tight reservoir horizontal "factroy" job has very important practical significance.Through the study of this article designed a set of trajectory design, anti-collision scanning and multi-control points design in the integration of the software system, and based on SQL Server2008database platform using Visual Studio2010supporting software is developed. Use specific examples verify the validity of the software. This paper made the following studies:Based on the Space oblique plane circular arc model established the "spoon" type well trajectroy design model and using the space vector analysis theory to solve this model. This model can effectively reduce the area of the "dead oil zone", improve the recovery efficiency of oil and gas resources. Use the "spoon" type trajectory has two limitations:the kickoff point azimuth inclination has certain scope and short distance before target. According to the targets in different quadrant point deflection hole deviation azimuth are given.The exploitation of tight reservoir horizontal section length up to several thousand meters, such a long through reservoir may not level, in order to control wellbore trajectory will need to add multiple control points in the horizontal section. In view of this situation, a new multi-control point design model is established. This design model not only guarantees the smooth connection of borehole trajectory, and the use of the control unit instead of control points for design simplifies the design of the multi-control points. Example analysis shows that the theoretical model calculation results correct design result is reliable, and the design of the horizontal section of well track length shorter has good practicability.In order to more accurately describe the distance between the well trajectories inside the platform, anti-collision scanning method was studied in this paper. According to theory developed anti-collision scanning software. Example analysis shows that the software has high accuracy and feasibility.Based on SQL Server2008database designed the trajectory design software database, under the Visual Studio2010development platform, based on WPF framework using the MVVM pattern trajectory design software is developed. In this paper, the "spoon" type of trajectroy design, anti-collision scanning and muli-control points are the components of it.Through the study of this article presents the "spoon" type design method of wellbore trajectory, multi-control points design model is established. By testing the example analysis shows that this paper established mathematical model is correct and feasible. According to those models developed the drilling design software in Visual Studio2010platform, through the test instance test system has good stability. Using test case analysis showed that the results of this software is correct and reliable, and has good application prospects.
