Design And Practice Of Virtual Simulation For Automatic Laying And Cutting Unit

As a new type of automatic garment production equipment,the automatic spreading and cutting unit plays an important role in improving the efficiency of garment production.But while it creates huge profits for the company,it also brings a lot of trouble to the company.For people who have never used the equipment,how to use them correctly has always been a difficult problem;to a certain extent,it will cause waste of raw materials in the process of learning equipment;some equipment is prone to safety hazards when used without proficiency.For students,most of the school’s process laboratories lack such large-scale equipment,and it is difficult to have direct operation opportunities.This paper uses virtual simulation technology to develop a set of virtual simulation software for the automatic spreading and cutting unit to solve the inconvenience of the automatic spreading and cutting unit during student learning and factory training.The design and practice of virtual simulation of cloth cutting unit has the research value of enriching the application modules of virtual simulation technology in many fields,effectively promoting users’ learning enthusiasm,increasing the diversity of learning resources,and reducing the training cost of learning equipment.Make a virtual simulation software for the automatic spreading and cutting unit of clothing production equipment training,and summarize the development and design process of a complete set of virtual simulation software.
