Betelnut cutter is the key step in the production process of betel quid.the differences betel nut existence in betel nut individuals and shape,and the cutting requirement that uniform cutting along the diagonal of tip at the ends of the betel nut,so that now basically stuck in the primitive stage of Semi-automatic or manual stage,and exist Card seed?partial cutting ?cutting vibration,etc.but with the development of betel nut industry,the existing form of cutting can not meet the market demand.Based on this,paper put efficient automatically cut along the betelnut diagonal as research purposes,research and designed a fully automated betel cutting equipment,which can automatically classifying betel nut,automatic feeding,automatic clamping adjustment and automatic cutting;avoiding existing cutting defects while meeting cutting requirements.1.According to design requirements,using the method of modular design,cutting system is regarded as a big modules and guided by functional division.It emphasizes the ideas of function and composition.The betel nut automatic cutting equipment is divided into four independent modules :grain conveying,feeding,positioning clamping and cutting module.And it is formulated the overall scheme of the automatic cutting equipment.Combining with various grain of mechanical principle,we use analytic hierarchy process to determine the grain conveying module,and design each module of the mechanical structure.And focused on the Research of localization clamping module.2.Thesis had a kinematics analysis for feeding robot,and based on the principle of the shortest itinerary to optimize the inverse kinematics,and get the best combination of joint angle.By analyzing the work space of robots to determine the scope of work,it guides the position layout of the various modules,arrow footprint.3.By means of finite element analysis software to analyze the Interaction process Between betel nut and cutter,Get impact that the tool angles and the cutting speed to the cutting process,provide the basis for cutting parameters and tool structure optimization,improve cut quality.by setting up a experiment platform to verification cutting device.
