Study On Establishment And Application Of The Evaluation Index System On Safe And Economic Mining

Although safety production is the lifeline of the development of mining enterprises,mining in China has been affected by various subjective and objective factors,and the security problem is still not optimistic for a long time.How to evaluate the safety and economic exploitation level of mine enterprises,so as to ensure the safety and sustainable production of mining enterprises,is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the development of mine at present.To improve the level of safe and economic mining,the evaluation model of mining safety and economy is established,which uses the method of theoretical analysis and field research combining the multi analysis of the factors influencing the safe and economic mining level.The completed research work are as follows:First,according to the accident causing theory and the dangerous and harmful factors analysis method and the characteristics and laws of mine safety accidents,the factors which affects the level of enterprise safety and economical mining are analyzed comprehensively.Second,by using the method of interpret structure model,the influencing factors of the mining safety and economy is divided into five mining indexes and eighteen level two indexes.Third,according to the characteristics of the safety and economic exploitation,the quantitative indexes of each factor are screened by the method of fitting function,such as the method of determining the reference by experts and the related standardized scoring methods;Forth,according to the relevant industry regulations and industry experts,the level of safe and economic mining is divided into three levels and the corresponding standard for evaluation.Fifth,according to the extension theory,the model of Chengchao iron mine is established to obtain the safe and economic mining level combined with field survey data.The research results show that,the safety economic mining level evaluation model constructed by the interpretative structural model method and the extension theory is consistent with the actual safety and economic exploitation of the mine.And the level of safe and economic mining in Chengchao Iron Mine is two grade.The priority of the corresponding technical indicators for improving the safety and economic exploitation level shall be: Safety degree of personnel > safety management level > level of safety investment > safety degree of facilities and Equipment > safety and reliability of mining environment.
