Abstract/Summary:
Construction industry is the pillar industry of our country,but the safety accidents occurred frequently,and it is second only to the coal industry.From 2010 to 2020,the production safety accidents of housing and municipal engineering increased year by year in the past ten years.The safety production form of construction enterprises is severe,and it is urgent to reduce the unsafe behavior of construction workers to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.Therefore,through the combination of theoretical analysis and practice,based on KAP theory,this paper introduces the mobility of construction workers and the safety ability of construction workers to study the safety behavior of construction workers,explores the main factors affecting the safety behavior of construction workers,and provides effective measures for how to improve the safety behavior of construction workers to reduce casualties and safety accidents.KAP theory is widely used in medical,food,transportation and other fields,but there are few researches in the construction industry.In this paper,firstly,the relevant concepts of KAP theory and safety behavior as well as the relevant theories of the influence model of KAP theory on the safety behavior of construction workers are sorted out through research,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for further study of the influence model of KAP theory on the safety behavior of construction workers.Secondly,by referring to relevant research literature at home and abroad and selecting relevant influencing factors according to literature method,5 latent variables and 26 observed variables of the research model are obtained.Based on the KAP theory,the mobility of construction workers and the safety ability of construction workers are introduced,and the relevant research hypothesis on the safety behavior of construction workers is proposed.On this basis,a complete structural equation model is established.Then,a questionnaire was designed,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was tested by expert scoring method and statistical analysis method.Specific research data were obtained through the questionnaire.The fitting index of the theoretical model was tested by structural equation model analysis method,and the complete structural equation model and the influence coefficient between various paths were obtained by AMOS software.1.Analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire and verify the 10 hypotheses proposed in this paper.The specific results are as follows:The mobility of construction workers has a significant negative impact on safety knowledge and its influence degree is 0.35;the mobility of construction workers has a significant negative impact on safety attitude and its influence degree is 0.28;the mobility of construction workers has a significant negative impact on safety behavior and its influence degree is 0.21;the safety ability of construction workers has a significant positive impact on safety attitude and its influence degree is 0.37.The safety ability of construction workers has a significant positive influence on the safety behavior and its influence degree is 0.48;the safety knowledge has a significant positive influence on the safety attitude and its influence degree is 0.68;the safety knowledge has a significant positive influence on the safety behavior and its influence degree is 0.40;the safety attitude has a significant positive influence on the safety behavior and its influence degree is 0.62.2.Based on the correlation degree of influence between the path influence coefficient,it is concluded that the mobility of construction workers,safety ability of construction workers,safety knowledge,safety attitude and safety behavior can directly or indirectly influence each other.According to the conclusion,different safety training modes are adopted to conduct safety training for construction workers,and targeted intervention measures are proposed.3.In view of safety knowledge,safety attitude,safety behavior,and the introduction of five factors affecting the mobility of construction workers and the safety ability of construction workers,the transparent salary system shall be implemented respectively to improve the management personnel’s attention to the mobility of construction workers and improve the working and living environment of construction workers;Using virtual reality(VR)technology and augmented reality(AR)technology to restore the scene of safety accidents,so that construction workers pay attention to safety;Carry out safety exchange meeting by team.
